We can derive fats from Hens, goats, cows, buffaloes etc . Fats have rich energy that provides a good immunity system for the youngsters. Fats are used to build a healthy society so we cannot ignore the importance of fats. Fats have a rich amount of vitamins that are used to provide grip and walking on the raw surface. Eating a big breakfast is the best for completing the calories in the human body. Eating fats at large amounts can cause a heavy disease or a serious death of any person who is involved in. Fats are very useful for a weak and thick body but it is very harmful for the already healthier or fat person so please check before use.

Doing Exercise:

After eating breakfast , lunch , and dinner we have to go for a walk. This is a natural process that is compulsory for us. Eating food and ignoring the walk can cause stomach disease. Your stomach may be out of order. We take care of what we eat. We should eat slow food because fast food is harmful for us. For a happy life we can make some rules in our life that give some advantages to us and our life becomes the best model of peace. Gaining knowledge is the best way to survive in life. Exercising is a slow way to become smart in one week but you need to join a gym if you want to become smart in just one week. By exercising one-three hours can make you healthy and smart in a short time. Taking care of your diet and taking care of exercise can make your dream come true. 

Use Of Calories:

There is another important factor to become smart in a short time.if anyone wants to become smart in a short time and he ignores the use of calories this is too much impossible. We can get calories by white and green sugar, fruits and cereal and Breakfast.Eating Oil and ghee ( banaspati ) thing can make you fat in a short time. It is an important factor, which is used to become fat in a shortage of time.Calories has many uses in the human’s life. Calories have much energy that makes the human active and fast in every work. Eating calories in large quantities is a big disease that can spread. For Men 25000 calories need in one day and for women 20000 calories, need per day to keep their immunity system properly working. People who ignore this and understand a joke is the worst negligence of the people which is now going into negative ( - ). A successful person has the power to change the world. It is an important factor that spread in the world is better otherwise the world has got many harms.

Using the best instruction for basic habits.

Using the best instruction for basic habits is a very useful effect in the human’s life. Best health can produce the best effect in the life of men. Some man do not sleep in the midnight and can’t proper sleep for a time and they are sleeping the morning till half day are spend this is bad habit we need to stop it as long as possible. Use of drugs is a common disease that has spread in the youth generation, it is a very bad habit that directly affects the human’s health directly it can cause the lungs, hearts, stomach and brain disease. Drugs can cause a slow and painful death. Our Youth do not understand this important factor. But anyway they are losing / wasting their money in the garbage. We should stop this bad habit spreading in our youth. We should teach him the disadvantages of drugs and give him some examples.Stop getting anxiety, because anxiety is a bad habit that can cause brain hemorrhage or other heart disease. So this is common in our elders ( father, Grandfather ). Anxiety can cause slow and painful death. Before Removing these bad habits we cannot gain success in life. We cannot become smart people . we cannot become healthy. More thinking is a bad habit that also affects your health directly. Hair fall can be caused by over thinking and forebrain pain is also a disease caused by the Over thinking that is another type of anxiety.
