For fat persons, calories can cause serious disease and may injure your lungs or your stomach. Eating 2500 calories for men and 2000 calories for women is best for continued health. Eating breakfast in large quantities can make you fat in a short time. Calories can help you to gain weight and make you mentally strong. Eating breakfast and other healthy foods prepared with ghee is best and with desi ghee is very advantageous for human health. Doing exercise while eating calories is more helpful to make your immunity system strong.

Eating fats :

Fats have a large amount of energy that can stop spreading different types of disease in the human body. And here are some disadvantages of fats. Fats are harmful for people who are already fat and want to lose weight.   •  Late sleeping

There is one more bad habit which is a factor that is common in our youth ( young  generation. Nowadays, some young people make it a passion that is very harmful for their health. It is very harmful for their brain. Our brain needs some rest then the difference of the day's work. In this situation, this habit can cause serious brain attack and heavy brain disease.

Eating fast food:

Eating fast food is common in the new generation, every person wants to eat fast food. Which is a bad habit that has spread in the generation. We should stop eating fast food if we want to become healthy. It is a common factor that can cause a serious stomach disease. Eating fast food can cause diarrhea and others. 

Drinking populated water and eating food prepared with contaminated water is called water-borne disease. These days eating fast food is a fashion. In cities 90% of people eat fast food which hardly affects their health. In the evidence in villages, urban areas and towns there are less people who are sick than the city's liver. To be healthy we should stop these bad fashions. Because it also affects our health and till death.

 Stop use of drugs

Nowadays it is a common habit that is spreading fastly. In the younger generation it is common if we want to become healthy that we should stop using drugs because it directly affects our organs systems.

Drugs have a direct effect on the heart and it is a bad habit. It can cause heart attack or a serious disease or directly affect the heart veins, or can disturb the heart beats.

If we want to become smarter then we stop these bad habits. Because drugs are dangerous.

Drugs can affect the organic system, it can stop working of the legs and hands. Which is bad moral of these fashions

To become happy , healthy and successful in life we should leave and exit these bad fashions.

In my opinion, by not stopping we cannot achieve health and fat and happiness.

Health is a great wealth that is a big treasure that is god gifted. A sick person cannot get more happiness than that of a healthier person. The sick person is an unbeatable burden for the other and himself. We should have to get the proper sleep and eat fast and protein. In short, health is a big treasure that cannot be ignored. We are lucky that we are healthy at the moment.

Eating the fresh air:

Eating the best fresh air can stop the visiting the doctor because fresh air has a large amount of vitamins.
